Objective: To answer questions and point people in the right direction before, during and after worship service.

Supervisor: HUB Team Leader

Tasks:

• Greets guests with a smile

• Answers questions and provides information to Members and attendees

• Collects donations for current collection drives

• Assembles and provides first time guests with welcome gift

• Helps coordinate the volunteer placement process of interested volunteers by:

• Conducting placement interviews

• Assuring volunteer application is fully completed and submitted to either Christine Baim or Katie Behm after services

Expectations:

• Term: 1 year renewable commitment

• Time: 1 month scheduled on/off; 2 hours/week (8:30-10:30am shift or 10:30-12:30pm shift)

• Training: Sunday morning mentorship/shadowing

• Enrichment: Participates in Greeters Team Holy Huddle on assigned Sundays

• Spiritual Growth: Regular worship and growth group participation encouraged

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

• Age Requirement: 18+ years old

• Class System Requirement: CrossWalk 201 Vow

• Skill Requirements:

• Outgoing personality

• Familiar with CrossWalk’s structure and systems

• Additional Requirements: Signed confidentiality agreement
