Parents: We praise God for the role models He has given us in our moms and dads. On Father’s Day, we especially thank Him for fathers. When our earthly dads point us to God, and help us obey Him, that’s a true gift.

Family Activity

Play Follow the Leader. How does this teach kids to obey? It teaches them to copy whatever the leader is doing. If the leader claps, they clap. If the leader takes two steps to the left, they take two steps to the left. It's a classic game that can teach how important it is for everyone to follow the leaders that God has placed in their lives.
